Last night, I had a terrible experience ordering delivery from the Pizza Hut located on Jefferson highway in Baton Rouge, LA. I ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and a Pepsi. My order was placed at 4:19pm and I signed up for text alert so I would know when the order was on it's way. My confirmation email estimated my delivery time to be 4:55pm. When it was past 5pm, I had still not yet received my order or any text alerts. I copied and pasted the confirmation number from my confirmation email into the online Pizza Hut order tracker. It said that my confirmation number was invalid. I tried to call the store, but no one ever answered. My order finally arrived at 5:23pm. The delivery girl had my pizza and cheesticks, but she had not brought my Pepsi nor had she brought the marinara sauce that was supposed to come with my cheese sticks. She told me I would have to call the store. So I tried three more times to call the store and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. At 6:00pm, suddenly my phone received all of the text alerts at once. I guess they forgot to send them to me in the first place but literally three text alerts (two saying I could click them to check my order and one saying my order was on its way)all showed up at 6pm long after I had received my order. I will never be ordering delivery from this location again.

Never order from this location!!! They’ll take an hour and a half to deliver you food, drop it on the ground making it inedible and still charge you and not replace the food!!! Worst service ever!!!
