Carissa was great, handed me my order without me even having to ask. My pizza and cheese sticks were fantastic as well, and she didn’t forget my parmesan:) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Roasted Garlic Cheese Sticks

Tried to order with the app, havent ordered pizza hut in years. Waited and waited for a delivery time. Finally I called after 15 minutes and talked to a call center that couldn't connect me to the store. Apparently my order was canceled because they were out of thin crust pizza. They claim they tried to call me twice, not true. This is exactly why pizza hut is closing all over the US. Poor customer service. Over complicated one of the easiest and most simple food services ever. Zero stars. The pizza isnt that good anyway.

I'm sorry your app order was canceled and our team could not reach you, that is not the experience we want. We appreciate you sharing this. Your feedback about service and the app helps us improve. We hope a future visit shows the simpler, more reliable Pizza Hut experience we strive to deliver.

As far as inexpensive pizza is concerned, pizza hut beats all the others for me. The consistency of quality, taste and value is unparalleled. This is a carry out and delivery store so the atmosphere is fine but not anything special. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Paul, we're glad Pizza Hut delivers consistent quality and value for you. Whether you're grabbing carryout or delivery, it's great to be your go-to. Your recommendation means a lot to the team.
