1 star ONLY because I cannot do a NO star rating. They will not answer their phone (was on hold for 15 mins) and today, after I tried to use a credit because of the last screwed up order early in Jan, THEY CANCELED MY ORDER!! In fact the call center in KS called to tell me NO ONE can deliver to my address but I can come get a pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE! THEY are horrid and someone from corporate needs to come clean house on these folks.

The worst service I've ever had. I would give negative stars if I could. Ordered a pizza, and it came 2 hours later, very cold, and the driver said that corporate told them to delivery later. We called the store, 5-6 times and waited for 10-20min, but never talked to an employee. The driver also said they weren't answering their phone because they were behind on orders. We drove to the store (5 min away) to complain to the manager. She was sitting on her phone outside and smoking. My boyfriend told her our experience, and wanted a refund. She couldn't give us a refund unless her other manager was present, but she said she would give us a new pizza in 15 minutes. So we sat in our car for EXACTLY 15 minutes, and watched the manager sit outside on her phone and smoke the entire time. Also, while in the store, the phone was ringing constantly and not once did she or anyone else answer it. When time was up, my boyfriend asked her about our pizza, and she got up to check on it. It was ALREADY WAITING under a heat lamp. She then preceded to give him attitude by lifting up the box and asking if it was "hot enough" for him. Unacceptable, in every way. Don't order here, you're going to be completely disappointed. Never will I buy a pizza from Pizza Hut again.
