I haven't ate pizza hut in 3 years because there pizza is crappy can you imagine if you ate pizza hut little Caesars and Domino's pizza everyday that would not be good for your health

So disappointed. I love Pizza Hut pizza. This location ? What has happened to this place? Less toppings and not as fresh. No plates and napkins with take out? Now charging for pepper flakes and cheese that used to be free. Is the owner under some kind of abnormal financial strain that makes them cut corners? It used too be so good. Please turn it around for the Folsom folks and their visitors

Commercials online were offering a large meat lovers for $10. Website even displayed the same thing. When I placed the order online, they called me back to tell me they wouldn't honor the order unless I paid an additional $2. Apparently, they are a "franchise" and the website/commercials are wrong.Awesome customer service over $2 and a mistake that sounds like it's your problem, not mine.
