On November 23rd my friend and I came into eat like we normally do. We were not greeted. Very widely asked what we wanted by a Caucasian over weight male. We asked for forks and he asked why it's pizza. I tried to tell him the Pepsi was actually wrong and was cherry pepsi in both. Asked for a tip after being flat out rude. The service has gone down and so is the food aren't as good as well. I should be able to get the Pepsi and more sympathy other than a shrug and ohh well most likely flat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I ordered a pizza and I received a message saying my pizza was delivered. It was never delivered so I reached out to the store. The manager who answered was very condescending to me and very rude. I am Life have never experienced such terrible customer service. I will never order from the store ever again in my life!
