Not what I was expecting for the new hand tossed. The crust has no flavoring. It’s a thin pizza with a super thick crust on the end. Meal type: Dinner

Response from the owner 4 months ago

Harrison, I'm sorry the new hand-tossed didn't meet your expectations. It should have balanced flavor and a consistent crust, so hearing it felt thin with an oversized edge is disappointing. We appreciate this feedback and will share it with our kitchen team to help improve.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. The manager randomly gave our order to a Uber Eats driver after they could not find anyone to deliver. Obviously the food never made it to my house and when I called the store and asked for a refund I was told they cannot do anything about it. Is it against the law to give an order that isn’t tied to a specific account illegal? This Pizza Hut is doing this at this location and the manager laughed and acted like it wasn’t a big deal and refused to cancel the order he randomly gave to someone to deliver Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 6 months ago

Christopher, I'm very sorry your order was handed off and your concerns were dismissed. That falls short of the experience we aim for at Pizza Hut. We regret the frustration and value this feedback as we review delivery and staff procedures to prevent this from happening again.
