Guests can have tasty stuffed pizza, filet américain and chicken at this pizzeria. Food delivery is a big plus of Pizza Hut. The appealing staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Many reviewers have noticed that the service is nice. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

My order was placed on 4/21/24 very early evening. Order number - 3240421162925001333032654, from the Pizza Hut store located at 9770 Dorchester Rd., Summerville, SC 29485 The young lady that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me multiple times. The so called "MOD" Victor would not take my issue seriously, and he too hung up on me. When I called back he told me that I was a liar and that they were calling the police while the young lady working the phone laughed on and encouraged him. I have tried to reach out to multiple people at Jem Restaurant Group, the franchise owners, and I have yet to reach anyone there as well. There are no extensions in the dial by name directory exist. All this because they got a two-pizza order wrong. If this is how the franchise owner treats customers seeking a resolution, no wonder the store is so jacked up. I have been calling multiple times today 4/22/24 and the store keeps diverting to the call center and when the call center transfers me to the store, the store keeps me on perpetual hold and then they pick up the phone and hang up. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't bother to order drinks from here. I've ordered twice and both time no drinks. No where on website to request refund. Delivery order by door dash even when using direct website. No where to say on there where order was wrong. Called store was transferred and put on hold 20 mins before hanging up. Terrible, terrible service. Just stick with Marcos or Domino's

Staff were very polite and patient even though they had other customers and were training. Food was exactly as expected. Very happy with my experience here Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
