I order 3 large size of pizza..but little unsatisfied because th amount of sauce and the things beef/chicken/anything look like not for large pizza..maybe they made it lesser for some reason Price per person: RM 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Pizza

On 14 May 2021, I placed my order of Syiokk Combo 3 on 19:54 and chose to pick up at 20:26. However, when I reached the outlet at 8.30, my order actually already full prepared but they didn't pack it yet into a plastic bag. I wasn't told anything and the staff seemed so ignorant. What a poor customer service. It's okay as I can wait for awhile. Then there came a few other people to collect their order but being ignore by the staffs. Throughout the waiting period, we noticed the outlet staffs were only making those delivery orders. Order were not been served according to the sequences. I did ask and followed up with my order few times but being ignore by the staffs. Also, the staff is so rude by rising their voice screaming "pizza dah habislah!". Is that how you inform your customer that your product is sold out? I have to wait until 9.10 and finally can collect my order only because I came to the counter and point out the pizza that already at the food control that wasn't pack yet. I received a cold pizza and mushroom soup. From 8.30 to 9.10 they ignored my food at the food control unattended. Without even say sorry they chit chat with each other and being an ignorant. What a PLEASANT experience I had with Pizza Hut Parit Raja Johor for the bad customer services.
