The worst customer service I’ve experienced was at the Ragama Pizza Hut. I stood near the cashier for about 10 minutes, but no one took my order. Even the manager was there and didn’t pay any attention. Pizza Hut should improve the quality of its customer service just like the quality of its food. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and food quality I received at the Ragama outlet today. Despite the premium pricing, the experience was far below acceptable standards. Key Issues: Excessive Wait Times: The service was incredibly slow. We spent a significant amount of time waiting for an order that should have been handled much more efficiently. Poor Food Quality: The pizza was served cold and did not taste freshly baked. It felt as though it had been sitting out or was a returned order rather than being prepared fresh for us. Overpriced & Poor Quality Drinks: I ordered two Strawberry Milkshakes (Rs. 980 each) and an Iced Chocolate Malt. The milkshakes were of very poor quality, tasting more like a basic bottled faluda than a professional milkshake. At nearly Rs. 1,000 per drink, this is completely unacceptable. Price per person: Rs 6,000–7,000 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
