Absolutely unacceptable experience with Pizza Hut. I placed my order at 6:12 PM and was told it would be delivered through a third-party service. By 7:42 PM, the app STILL showed my order as “in progress” with zero updates. I was just about to call the store when I asked my son to take out the trash, and that’s when we noticed the pizza sitting on a neighbor’s doorstep. No delivery notification, no text, no call—nothing. It had just been left there. I live in an apartment where the doors are extremely close together, and I have VERY detailed delivery instructions. I have never had an issue like this before, which makes this even more frustrating. This wasn’t a confusing delivery—this was pure carelessness. The driver didn’t follow simple instructions and the store clearly didn’t ensure proper delivery handling. By the time I found my order, the pizza was completely cold, stale, and inedible. I had to call the store myself just to request a refund, which should have never been necessary. Between the lack of communication, poor delivery handling, and unacceptable food quality, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but this did it for me. I will NEVER be ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I am deleting my account. I will also be taking this further. Completely unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order the 3 toppings any size for 9.99 when I picked it up sauce was dried up little to no cheese and the thin crust tasted like the cardboard it sat in..This is so disrespectful for such a known pizza chain... Domino's is no better.. better of with Papa Murphy's take n bake at least it's fresh and toppings well portion out. Never will I eat pizza hut again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing.! There’s like one pepperoni on each slice of pizza and the dough is not cooked all the way I would like to get my money back or refund. This is ridiculous. How can you sell a pizza like this for $20 actually over $20. Please I hope someone responds. Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Pizza Hut Pizza
