Poor Service Experience at Pizza Hut I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut outlet. I placed my order in advance, yet when I arrived, there was no staff present at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. Despite waiting, no one acknowledged customers or provided any explanation. Even more frustrating was that my order had not been started at all, despite being placed earlier. This shows a lack of organization, time management, and basic customer service. The overall behavior felt unprofessional and careless, which is not what one expects from a well-known brand like Pizza Hut. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff availability, order handling, and customer engagement to avoid similar experiences in the future.
