I ordered two simple pizzas about a week ago—one pepperoni and one ham. I wanted stuffed crust and nothing else. However, when I received my order, there was some kind of garlic topping on the stuffed crust, the same garbage they use at Domino’s that is so salty it feels like you’re eating blocks of salt. It was so bad that I ended up giving both pizzas to my dogs, and I actually felt bad that my two Great Danes had to eat that garbage. If a customer asks for something basic, please don’t get creative. Just give the customer what they ordered. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: $40–50

"Ordered from this location and received a completely wrong order — not a small mix-up, a different order entirely from what I paid for. When I called the store to fix it, I was brushed off. Ended up spending over an hour on the phone between the store and Pizza Hut customer service with zero resolution. No refund, no replacement, no one willing to take ownership.
