I've been getting Pizza Hut Pan Pizza from the time they started making it in the 80's. It's the only pizza that has crust worth eating clear to the edge. This is the first time I've been disappointed in nearly 40 years. The pizzas didn't look right and the outer crust had no flavor. In fact, we were so disappointed we questioned whether they were pan pizzas. My daughter called the store and took them back. The staff (no manager) insisted that it WAS pan pizza but it hadn't been proofed and they hadn't spread the flavoring out to the edge. They offered to remake them, but said they'd likely turn out the same. She was given a coupon toward a future purchase, which was nice, but it didn't really make up for the disappointment, and fact that they had knowingly sent out inferior product. The fact that a manager didn't care enough to address it was also disheartening. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Really not ordering a personal pan anymore. Got the cupped pepperoni thinking I'd get a few more. Sure one baby pepperoni on each slice. See the picture...what an expensive rip off...going back to local or Dominoes
