Ordered and paid for pizza at 4.42pm and 3 hours down the line, the pizza has not yet been delivered. Extremely poor TAT. Called back to follow up but was told that rider hasn’t picked up the pizza yet. Oh, and refund takes 72hrs This is extract poor service for such a big brand. Wouldn’t order from here again.
