I recently visited Fantasy Bowling for a birthday celebration for my mother-in-law, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. Upon arrival, we were immediately met with unprofessional and rude behavior from multiple employees, starting with the receptionist who was disrespectful to my niece before we even entered. When we checked in, the staff member informed us that our cake would not be given to us without a $25 deposit. This was shocking, especially considering that we were spending over $1,000 on our event and had multiple bags in hand. We kindly asked if we could pay the deposit later, and the employee rudely ignored us. We then requested the cake, only to be told by the kitchen that it wasn’t there. We were sent back to the front desk, where we encountered another unhelpful staff member. Eventually, we met the manager, Jose Rodriguez. To our disappointment, his response was incredibly unprofessional. He offered no apology for the inconvenience or the poor treatment we received. Instead, he merely stated that he would speak to his staff about the incident. There was no effort to resolve the issue or to make us feel valued as customers. Overall, the lack of respect, professionalism, and customer care displayed by the staff, especially the manager, left us feeling disrespected and disappointed. This experience made our celebration a stressful and unpleasant one, and I would strongly advise anyone considering Fantasy Bowling for an event to think twice. We will not be returning to this venue and cannot recommend it based on our experience.

Fantasy Lanes Bowling Center is what happens when bowling is treated like a sport, not a nightclub. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear the priority here is the lanes — not strobe lights, not DJ remixes of early-2000s pop, and not turning bowling into a bottle-service adjacent experience. The lighting is functional. You can actually see your target, your ball path, and your release — which is a refreshing change from places where bowling appears to be an afterthought behind LED strips and bass drops. This isn’t “bowling but make it a club.” This is bowling. The equipment is consistently excellent. Lanes play fair, pins sound crisp, and nothing feels like it’s being held together by vibes and a corporate playlist. League bowlers clearly matter here, and it shows in both maintenance and atmosphere. Food is reasonably priced, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the bathrooms are clean — with toilet paper that suggests respect for human dignity. A low bar, perhaps, but one that some nightclub-themed bowling chains have tragically failed to clear. Cosmic bowling exists, but it’s controlled. It enhances the experience instead of hijacking it. No feeling like you accidentally wandered into a warehouse rave where someone left bowling pins out by mistake. Most importantly, Fantasy Lanes has avoided the fate of becoming a neon-lit, overpriced bowling-themed nightclub run by corporate overlords who think louder music equals better scores. This place understands that bowling doesn’t need to be “reimagined” — it just needs to be done well.

Went when it was really busy during the week without a reservation and had a 1+ hour wait. But it was clean and the machines worked, would come back again.
