If you happen to be around Infinity Attraction, visit this bar. If you have never tried Australian cuisine, you should reserve a table at The Local Tavern. You can order perfectly cooked fish & chips, bangers & mash and sausages. Delicious irish beer is the right choice. When visiting this place, it's a must to try great espresso.

We were down for a little getaway and trying to find somewhere that had a nice atmosphere for our little family. We found ‘The Local Tavern’ tucked away. We ordered right from the table and the service was perfect. All staff from the bar to waitresses were so accomodating. We had a Caesar salad which was so fresh and the perfect size, our children had fish and chips which was cooked to perfection, we added a side of mash and veg and both were so yummy and fresh. We had a parmi also but the star of the show was the dressing on the side salad that came with the parmi. We left and kept talking about how delicious it was so we had to message the team the following day to let them know how yummy it was but to also try and find out where to buy it, bad news is you can’t buy it but the best news is they make it in house! So lucky us will have to return to get the yummy flavours. We can’t recommend this place enough, we will be back anytime we come down to the Goldie. Thank you again to all staff. Kid-friendliness: They have pencil cases and colouring which was offered as soon as we sat down! Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chips, Garlic Bread, Chicken Parmy

The service is top notch. Kirtsy and eve made our night and embody the word hospitality. Serving sizes are huge.

Best espresso martini’s and mojitos on the Gold Coast! Fantastic service by Eve and Kristy! I would definitely recommend Eve’s unique tequila shots, they will keep you grooving all night! 10/10
