Uber Eats drivers aren’t employed by Pizza Plus and we have no control of them once the pizzas leave the store. We had your order ready to go at the correct time and they were nice and hot when we handed them over. I understand your frustration, spending so much and getting cold pizza. However if we were to remake and deliver all the orders that Uber Eats drivers mess up we’d be out of pocket hundreds of dollars per week for something beyond our control. I would recommend contacting Uber Eats and getting your money back because it’s definitely not good enough. More
