As far as my experience was, Pizza Plus did very well. There was a girl ready to take my order the moment I walked through the door who asked questions while taking it about my choices in a professional and easy manner. The wait time they gave me was realistic and they were polite through the whole process.
The thing that impressed me the most was such a small thing, but the older woman who was waiting for her order before mine was inside the store with a small girl, and when her order came up, the girl behind the counter walked out and opened the door for her so she didn't have to juggle the pizza's and holding the young girls hand while she tried to leave. Those little efforts are what show real hospitality in the food industry and create loyal return customers.
As to the food, the pizza's we had were good. Perfectly cooked and crisp, loaded on with heaps of toppings and not particularly greasy either. The options available on the menu are fairly comprehensive from the old favorites to some house specials. I didn't seem to see the option to add anything to a pizza, but didn't think it an issue really given the amount of different items already available. There are also a good amount of non-pizza sides available that I imagine would suit picky eaters or small kids who still pick olives of a supreme.
In all I had a good customer experience in store and the food they offered, I enjoyed eating. The price per pizza is reasonable for an independent store, and I think the next time I decide on having a lazy Monday night, Pizza Plus may be high on the list for a return visit.
