I have been to different Pizza Ranch locations and this one in Austin has been by far the best. The food was just delicious and fresh, and the employees were all so kind. Absolutely amazing, my daughter wanted Pizza Ranch after her game, and it was so worth it. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We placed a large pickup order 2 days prior to the date we needed it. When we arrived the pizzas were not ready. The gentleman who helped us was extremely rude and did not even offer an apology. He walked away and did not give us a chance to ask any questions. We wasted our lunch time waiting on pizzas for our employee appreciation lunch. We were ignored the entire time and treated like a nuisance. I will never place another order here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Usually I enjoy this location but there were plates that were not clean. Very basic pizza options, I am used to much more variety available. Hoping it was an off day for them. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken
