So I picked up a 4 piece chicken all white dinner a couple nights ago. I got there on time and waited for 5 minutes before someone came to window. Was told that chicken would be done in 2.5 minutes and was offered a beverage while waiting. I declined and said than you. It turned out to be a 25 minute wait. I was given a cookie for the wait. This is what I received. 2 breasts, 2 over fried wings, a very burnt biscuit and a burnt cookie. Food: 1 Service: 1

Tammy was so kind, helpful, and friendly! The chicken drumsticks, chocolate chip cookie, and soft-serve ice cream were delicious! It was also meaningful to see Veterans helping out there for a special fund-raiser for the American Legion and to be able to thank them for their service to our country. Wonderful experience! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We don't come here often because we live a bit far but we always enjoy Pizza Ranch. The staff and food was great tonight. In addition, today we met Jeffrey. He was speeding through the restaurant picking up all the plates, serving food and doing it all with a smile. His energy, work ethic and kindness is exceptional. He's the type of employee you want to keep around Pizza Ranch.
