This is one of our "go-to" places. The staff makes you feel right at home and are always happy to fulfill any need or request. Their fried chicken is the best in town (in my humble opinion) and the mashed potatoes and gravy are my favorite comfort food. There's a wide variety of specialty pizzas, and you are always able to request one made just the way you want it! The salad bar varies, and there are multiple choices. I wouldn't mind seeing it expand a bit; cole slaw and some fruits, perhaps. Of course, it is "Pizza Ranch" so that's the mainstay item! I already overstuff myself every time! You will get full value for the price. Overall a great place to bring your family for dinner and an arcade experience that's fun for all ages. Arrived at 4:45 pm and very little food out. No potatoes, no lettuce salad, empty dressings and cheese . Many customers waiting for food. Food definitely not good this evening. Five of us at a table and extra plates not picked up. Kiosk at arcade was not operating properly and a wait for it to be rebooted to purchase arcade cards. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Our family has always loved the chicken, potatoes and gravy, especially since there is no KFC locally. It has been consistently delicious during the lunch buffet. Last Friday, I picked up a Chicken Pack after work for supper and the chicken was overcooked and dry, the biscuits were very dark and dry and the gravy wasn't as good as it normally is during the lunch buffet. I wasn't sure if it was the time of day but we were greatly disappointed.
