We were in Kearney location arrived around 4:15, the place is a mess, tables with plates, floors covered in food, straws, napkins. The guy working behind counter, was more worried about eating his sundae or float. The girls were busy with the buffet. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

Amazing experience at Pizza Ranch in Nebraska! After driving 9–10 hours on August 1st with four hungry teenagers, we arrived about 30 minutes before closing. The staff kindly let us know they would be closing soon and asked if we were still okay with dining in. We appreciated their courtesy and were happy to stay. What impressed us most was how welcoming and attentive everyone was, even though we were among the last guests of the evening. The staff happily made special pizza requests for us, checked on us throughout our meal, and made sure we had everything we needed. As we were getting ready to leave, a staff member even came over and asked if we wanted any more food before they closed. I have honestly never experienced that level of hospitality before! The entire team was friendly, kind, and genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. After a long day of travel, their exceptional customer service made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this Pizza Ranch location and will gladly return whenever we’re in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
