We came in for lunch. We were excited that there was a pizza ranch near by as we just moved to the area. Our old local PR was amazing. This location was lack luster. pizza was all cold we tried 4 different pizzas. Chicken was luke warm at best and super dry. Tried to go into the fun zone and the kiosk was down and employee took forever to come back there and then did nothing just said kiosk is broke not knowing how to get cards any other way. So disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Stacey, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations, especially with the cold pizza and issues in the Fun Zone. We appreciate your input and hope you'll give us another chance to provide a better experience. Please feel free to call and speak with a manager if you'd like to discuss this further.
