The staff were amazing, friendly, kind! The restaurant was very clean and welcoming!! The buffet was always full and full of variety of pizzas!! Will definitely go back when in the area!!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

I truly enjoy Pizza Ranch, which is why I was disappointed with my experience tonight. The food was cold, and there was hardly any chicken available on the buffet. When I asked one employee about chicken strips, he said he was going to check on them but never came back. I also asked a manager, and her reaction made it seem like she was annoyed that I was even asking. I ended up sitting at my table eating salad while waiting for the chicken, which I was told would only take about 6 minutes. When it finally came out, it honestly did not taste right. I have visited this location many times before, and this was one of the worst experiences I have had there. I just wanted to share my concerns because I normally enjoy coming here and hope service and food quality improve. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
