6:30pm, peak supper time. NO pizza on the buffet other than cheese bread and a couple of slices of pepperoni. Mashed potatoes nearly empty, chicken empty. Only stocked station was the salad bar. Waited half hour before any pizza came out the door, but they were special orders for tables so we had to wait for the leftovers to be placed on the buffet. Another 20 minutes before any more pizza came out and that was gone immediately because everyone was waiting for pizza. Tables were not cleaned off, we wiped our own off with napkins. Side room was not open and people were standing around looking for space to sit. Not a very good experience. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Family friendly atmosphere, $16 per person but fairly affordable for children, at $1.10 per year of age. Chicken was moist and very tasty and dessert pizzas & ice cream were very good!! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Pizza Ranch is one of our favorite pizza places to eat at. We've ate at Pizza Ranches in various parts of the country and almost always have had an excellent visit. Last Saturday we visited this location and we were very disappointed. We paid over $40.00 for two adult and 1 child buffet and the food was terrible. It was obvious the pizza had been sitting out for a long time. It was dried out and lukewarm. Even our 5 year old grandson (who eats almost anything!) said, "What is wrong with this pizza?" The chicken, mashed potatoes and stuffing are usually my favorite here but not this time. The chicken was dried out and was barely warm. The potatoes and stuffing were crusty and dry and the gravy was much watery than usual. Worst of all, it had a strong sour odor. I got it back to my table and couldn't eat more than a small bite. It was obvious the marinara sauce had been sitting in the bowl a long time as it was crusty along the edges and had a weird burnt taste. The bathrooms (both men's and womens) were dirty. Our tables were not bussed. There were two young female employees (dark hair, short in statute, they kind of looked like sisters?) who were practicing dance moves behind the counter where the cash register is. They had a cell phone propped up and were using that to watch something while they danced. What a disappointment and waste of money this visit was. We left and went elsewhere for supper. As a former restaurant owner, I was appalled. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
