The pizza s really good, the service is extremely slow and if you show up very hungry and a bit nervous, watch out because the counter guy really can't handle hungry customers. I would like to add, that I did not skip the line, nor aggressively do anything else other than "picchiettare " my debit card on the counter as he was taking care of a customer that was served long before I got in line, that customer came back from outdoors skipping the line in front of me to talk to the manager/dude to add extra stuff and try to figure out with which card to pay, so yeah she was taking forever, asking me simply what I needed would have calmed down all of it. At that point, it was quicker for me to go home and cook for myself. I got confused, the customer did not know what was happening, the manager did not care and we both got nervous. What is unacceptable is for someone belonging to the F&B service industry to mismanage your clients this way. Dude, when it's rush hour, maybe go get some help from the back?? Simple suggestion , specially when you gotta easily hand out 2 slices of pizza already on the counter in a cardboard box. I'm sure you can make it next time I can confirm the pizza is actually decent Never going back, you lost a local customer! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Capisco che la fame gioca brutti scherzi,in ogni caso,bisogna aspettare il proprio turno per essere serviti,passare davanti ad altri clienti perché si ha fretta,purtroppo da noi non è possibile.Volevo inoltre darle un consiglio ,picchiettare con la carta di credito sul bancone non serve a diminuire il tempo di attesa,ma serve solo a fare aumentare il nervosismo nell’aria. Ci fa piacere che almeno la pizza le è piaciuta. Saluti
