Great pizza. However, last time I went salt was moist to the point where it wouldn't shake out, garlic was the only thing able to sprinkle, and customer service wasn't ideal. Needs better front staff. Your ultimate look is portrayed in the service. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This was our first experience with The Pizza Times. Ordering over the phone was a challenge. I called three times. The first time it just rang nonstop, the second time I was in the middle of placing my order and was disconnected. The third time was a charm. 4 Stars because of the ordering process. The food itself was good. The food was fresh and hot out of the oven. We ordered pepperoni pizza, well done. The 18" pizza massive in size. More than enough for two people. It had a decent "cheese pull", and the pepperoni was full of flavor. The pizza sauce wasn't anything special. The crust was thick and moist. It wasn't stiff and hard, so that was great. We went back a few days later and tried their chicken bacon ranch pizza. It was decent, but it was undercooked (the chicken was precooked, so that was fine). I wouldn't recommend that pizza.
