I have been ordering from Pizza Factory for several years, even when I moved. I stayed faithful, it's over now. I ordered a pizza, the person on the phone told me, 45 min or even 1 hour wait. No problem. After 1 hour 30 minutes, I called back and, to my surprise, I was told that the pizza delivery man did not find my family name on the doorbell and he did not have my telephone number to notify me. I've been ordering from them for 10 years. And he doesn't have my number. During COVID, every time, the delivery person would call me and I would come down. Results I went to work without eating. I find it really disgusting. To leave customers like that. I didn't even receive a commercial offer for the inconvenience. The person on the phone is really unpleasant as well.
