I order food to Uber and get 1 hour delayed when I ask them to cancel they refuse it and tell me to cancel and still I not got the food I loose my 12 pound. Service: 1 Price per person: £10–20

The chicken wasn't done well, it was raw from inside. When I called them to return it, they told me the driver couldn't pick it up as it is busy and they can't do anything about it.
