Worst possible experience I have always been a customer of both the rnd supermarket and pizza 10.... Saturday 08/21/2021 I went to exchange the coupons that come in the pizza box for a pizza from the promotion, whereas a week before I had purchased 2 pizzas on site and was informed by an employee that I could exchange the coupons for a pizza from PROMOTION, which is on the sign in front of the pizzeria, with, if I'm not mistaken, about 5 different flavors....when I arrived there today to make the exchange, an employee simply said that the promotion was only the pepperoni one!!Literally pepperoni, because it's just sauce and pepperoni, I spoke to a guy who said he was responsible for the place, who from my point of view was super rude in that he said that they promote the pizza flavor on WhatsApp, I asked that who doesn't have WhatsApp what would it be like? to find out? He was simply ironic saying that the means of communication is WhatsApp, terrible professional, terrible RESPONSIBLE for the establishment who didn't pay any attention to his CUSTOMER!!!.... In short.... THEY LOST A CUSTOMER!! !
