We had a lovely evening, made all the better by the wonderful service we received from Sophia W. Sophia was really friendly, explained everything very well and was attentive to our table. Tonight me and my family came out to celebrate some GCSE results. We were seated and served by Sofia W, who welcomed us in and immediately helped us with the GCSE offer, took our drinks order and set us up with some doughballs. Sofia helped us throughout the night and was an amazing hostess, really easy to talk to, and really attentive to our needs. This hostess significantly boosted our experience, and we will 100% be back to receive some lovely hot food, and amazing service. Absolutely top-tier experience at PizzaExpress. Ben was phenomenal — super friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. Service was fast, relaxed, and spot on without ever feeling rushed. The food was excellent, but the service honestly took it to another level.
