Um, I ordered a ceasar salad, they had no lettuce! They used spinach and rocket instead which was fine but they over compensated by putting about 50 croutons on it. My brownie had a burnt corner, not the best food. Also, the fire alarm went off twice while we ate so kind of killed the pleasure, glad it works though. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

They were very slow at giving us our order, the octopus we had was badly burnt and it didn’t taste nice at all. We told a member of staff that worked there and she said”oh we can give you some more” let alone we had already eaten it but we said she was trying to get us to get another lot and charge us. They took forever with our drinks , and when we called them to pay one of the ladies came and said “of course “ but she took a long while to get back to us. The lasagna was like it was drowning in sauce and they were trying to be all nice to us after we had paid. I will not be going here ever again due to the bad service! As the General manager for PizzaExpress Peterborough - Cathedral Square I'm never happy unless everything we serve scores 10/10.
