WE PLACED AN ORDER THAT NEVER ARRIVED NIGHTMARE!!! On 06/09, we placed an order for our family's dinner, and that order never arrived!!! At 9:58 pm that day we completed the request, and after the THIRD billing message, we were informed at 11:52 pm that our pizza WOULD NOT ARRIVE, because the tire on the delivery man's motorcycle had gone flat (??????). See, this complaint is not about this fact, but about the neglect in which we were treated resulting from this. After 2 long hours of waiting, which has been quite common, (thanks to the establishment's large volume of orders), and several charges; We were told that we simply would not receive our pizza. And they didn’t give us any other alternatives either I was WILLING to go get the pizza wherever it was, since at that time there were no more restaurants open in the area. AND AMAZE; After the message that the pizza wouldn't come, they also DIDN'T respond to me and didn't even answer the phone again. I, a customer at Moretti's pizzeria since 2008, made myself available to pick up the pizza, even though I had chosen the delivery method, I was IGNORED and DISTRACTED! On that particular day we were receiving a visitor, from another city who already knew the pizzeria through our family, and who eagerly awaited the order, as did the 2 children too, and we were treated with SUCH DISCARE AND INDIFFERENCE! The next day we were offered a free pizza (ONE pizza and not the same order as the one we made the day before). Even after several days, I decided to come here and report what happened because; despite knowing that MY order will not make any difference to the establishment, I think it is important that we fully understand the services we consume. And the establishment with the BEST PIZZA in the region has the WORST SERVICE of all! And it comforts me to know that I would NEVER treat any customer this way! Bad customer experience. The order was delayed and when it arrived the establishment didn't send my pizza! I spent almost 20 minutes in the cold waiting to get my payment back. Sunday, we were watching a movie, hungry and had to order somewhere else! Notify the customer about the delay! Unforeseen events happen, but they were a series of mistakes! Food: 1 Service: 1
