The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is great. We were very well looked after and had a great experience. The only negative point was an excessive amount of side dishes on the ancho steak, which unfortunately led to waste and also the black rice with octopus, where one tentacle was edible but the other was pure rubber. Furthermore, at the entrance, the pastries were served with ready-made pepper jelly from Queens Berry, which for me does not justify the high price of 6 mini pastries with an industrialized jelly, as the least you would expect from a restaurant like this is let things get done there. The dessert is one of the best I've ever had. I would definitely go back and will come back, but with these reservations. After having two negative experiences with the pizzeria, one of them being the unbearable smell of oil throughout the place, which persisted throughout every visit to the establishment, we decided to give it another chance. We arrived for dinner at approximately 8pm and a receptionist kindly came to us and seated us at a table. However, not even 2 minutes after we sat down at the table chosen for us, the owner, with all her arrogance and arrogance, without any preparation for customer service, said that we should leave that table, as there was a couple waiting in front of us. . When trying to explain that we hadn't jumped any queue, as as soon as we arrived it was the attendant herself who directed us to the table, she insisted that we should simply leave. The attendant seated us at another empty table, that is, there were other seats available that could have accommodated the couple who had not yet sat down, but they decided to make us go through the embarrassment of getting up and leaving the table as if we had been the ones in the wrong. , and not the complete lack of preparation and communication among employees. We got up and left. I have never received such poor service in any restaurant as at Vila Veneza.
