In the beginning everything is perfect, but when you become a frequent customer things get complicated. They often give priority to large tables with more people, then it takes time for other tables to pass pizza and serve soft drinks. They start to repeat the menu a lot, many full tables end up not being able to accommodate everyone, they get a bit lost, I think the customer has to have service regardless of the quantity. My wife and I have had to ask several times for soft drinks and pizza to be served because priority ends up going to other people. Many times when making payment they do not mention the 10% fee, which is not required by the customer. Many things would need to improve!
