We waited more than an hour for four margherita pizzas... It had already happened in the past but we thought we'd try again... Completely wrong choice! We understand that takeaway has priority and for this reason room service is completely forgotten. We also didn't have the chance to eat the farinata because there was so much waiting. When the time came to pay, they didn't even make the gesture of offering a bitter or a coffee after the terrible evening. We won't be returning. We often order takeaway. Times are always quite short and the staff is always kind and welcoming. The pizza is always good, the pasta always cooked to perfection. We always come back willingly. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
