When I am passing through Massa, the Pizzeria Dalla Norma is a fixed stop. The "cecina" that is eaten here is difficult to find elsewhere. The restaurant is spartan but it is compensated by the kindness of the pizza maker. I highly recommend it as a culinary experience to do.
