The guys deserve 5 stars in everything, hospitality, food, speed of service, excellent, balanced pizzas, the right toppings, modern, clean and bright place, I got a fantastic cartwheel, very light dough, I also got a pizza dessert with custard and black cherries, fantastic, in total: an appetizer, 3 pizzas, a coke, 2 water, a sweet pizza and a banana split 59 euros! Near Macerata, Doro Gourmet convinced me thanks to the pizza dough, with excellent cooking and consistency in such a way that it could melt in the mouth. We ordered a margherita, a diavola and a cacio e pepe (which becomes gricia given the addition of the guanciale): the margherita and the cacio e pepe, superior diavola were excellent: excellent attention to flavors (spicy salami and chilli in the perfect quantities for savor the "fort"). Flaw the service: Too much time for the pizzas and we had also asked to bring them one at a time since each of us 4 would have eaten a wedge from each pizza, however the pizzas were served at the same time: this led us to try the last one slice of pizza now cold (which is very different from when you eat a whole pizza, as the slices are all the same) and having to eat everything quickly in order to (try to) enjoy all the pizzas at the right temperature, but this is not the case state. The place is cute. Fair prices for the PIZZAS EATEN, I can't judge 25 euro pizzas which in my opinion, however good, aren't really worth spending such an amount of money on, but the question is absolutely subjective.
