Very bad experience. After calling several times to ask if the pizzeria was wheelchair accessible, they assured me that it was without any problem. When I arrived on site, I found myself in front of two enormous steps and the entrance was completely inaccessible, with the room sunk below the floor level. Total nonsense! The most incredible thing was the reaction of the owner, herself in a wheelchair, who told me: "I can do it by holding on to the door." But do you think this is normal? That a person should risk a fall by climbing to the door? Plus, is it possible that we don't know that most people in wheelchairs can't get up? At that point, I left. Fortunately, we found another pizzeria, really accessible, that had space, otherwise the evening would have been completely ruined. This place has no idea what accessibility means. I wonder how they got the opening permits in these conditions. Not recommended for anyone with mobility problems. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
