I haven't been able to sit down yet for various reasons, including my own, but I've had takeaway pizza three times. I must say that the pizza is made quite well and above all it "holds up" in takeaways so you can taste a "decent" product at home. On punctuality they were twice precise and only once did they make us wait a little longer than necessary. To get a little more technical, we're talking about a classic pizza, almost tending towards a "wagon wheel" with a low crust. The cooking is good and the dough is quite meltable although it could improve with perhaps greater hydration and longer leavening. Ultimately they are an established reality in Nocera: I think that next spring/summer I will also stop at the tables that it sets up in front of its location in Via Solimena at that time, a great place for those nostalgic for the history of the Nocera villages. We called at 7.50pm on Friday evening, we were told that the pizzas would arrive between 9/9.15pm, at 9.20pm we called back and were told that they were waiting for a delivery man, the pizza arrived at 10.10pm Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1
