Pizzería Minerva is pretty near Pantheon. Visitors may eat good lasagna, pizza roma and salads at this pizzeria. You will be offered good beer, margaritas or ale. Clients don't like tiramisu and cappuccino at Pizzería Minerva.
This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, the real drawback is reasonable prices. When inside, the atmosphere is spectacular. But google users rated this spot and it didn't earn a high rating.

Absolutely the worst panini I’ve had in Rome. They took what seemed like yesterday’s bread, cut it in half, soaked it in olive oil, and put two tiny slices of salami inside. We’ve ordered with tomato and got no tomatoes. €7 for that? Completely overpriced and disappointing. I expected a proper Italian panino, not a dry piece of yesterday’s bread with a couple of slices of salami. Definitely not worth even 0,50€. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in

Conveniently located next to the Pantheon, Pizzeria Minerva offers relatively low cost quick meals. It is more of a "tavola calda" (fast food prepared earlier and reheated when served) than a restaurant or pizzeria. They have a wide selection of meals all precooked and on display in the heated glass counters. Typical Italian Pasta, meat and pizza fare. The pizza can be bought as a pie or in slices.Ok to be honest the food is good but not brilliant. I saw the cooks and they are not locals so that might explain a few things. The pizza is heated but not made in a wood fired oven. The lasagna had no meat in it what so ever. The breaded chicken cutlet and fries were oily and soggy. After all they were reheated in a microwave. The chicken cutlet was obviously from a commercial kitchen frozen food box and not made on site. The displayed prices are takeaway prices and if you dine in there is a cover charge added to your bill.I had the "Tourist Menu" which was a pasta or lasagna first and a chicken cutlet and fries or salad as second for €10. Add a small bottle of mineral water and service charge, the bill was €13.The staff are friendly and speak many languages, well enough of the language to take your order. In conclusion Pizzeria Minerva is ok for a quick fast food Italian style dining experience for tourists on the run and on a budget. The food is palatable but not memorable.
