Be careful what you ask for... For example, I asked for a gluten-free pizza and they made it normal. The waitress didn't even have the decency to admit her mistake, since I had told her when ordering... "no you didn't tell me!" he reports to the colleague at the register... I'm stunned. What's more, she even got paid for it, as if nothing had happened! (but they took the fries off my bill to apologize). I would like to underline that even the manager or whoever he was asked the waitress "but didn't you order it gluten-free?" But if you had doubts, wasn't it enough to come and ask for confirmation like everyone else does? I think it will be the last time we see each other, maybe. Absolutely never again!!!! If the blonde waitress wants to do this job, she should learn to speak and ABOVE ALL TO LISTEN SINCE SHE MADE THE COMMAND WRONG, NOT HAVING THE COURAGE TO ADMIT HIS MISTAKE BUT ACTUALLY BLAME IT ON US BECAUSE WE DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THE PIZZA WAS GLUTEN-FREE. Forgive me but I'm not yet a pizza sommelier. The girl at the cash register was very nice and noticed the mistake and took the chips off our bill. Symbolic gesture given that the €5 for chips won't make my partner feel better. Errors are human but since intolerances and allergies are a serious thing, at least have the decency not to be rude yet and blame those who simply wanted to eat a pizza while trying to feel good. Having said that, we will never set foot in it again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I apologize, unfortunately I cannot fix it, if you want to give us another chance we will certainly be able to fix it.More
