ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE!!! Incredible guys who made our evening wonderful! Delicious pizza, Caprice salad with real tomatoes, and the best focaccia we’ve ever had! On a cold, rainy day in Rome, we stopped at a Pizzeria Ristorante in Trastevere, right by the Tiber River. Even though we were seated outdoors, heaters kept us warm, and the staff were genuinely attentive, friendly, and caring throughout the meal. We started with artichokes drizzled with olive oil — soft, meaty, and nicely done. For mains, we ordered a Margherita pizza, Carbonara, and seafood gnocchi. he Margherita was fine but a bit plain; I would have liked more fresh mozzarella and basil. The pastas were comforting and enjoyable. The Carbonara was rich and satisfying, and the tomato-based seafood gnocchi helped balance things out with generous toppings and soft gnocchi. After the meal, the staff kindly offered us limoncello on the house. The warm, thoughtful service and relaxed, cosy atmosphere completely washed away the cold and rain, making this a truly pleasant and memorable experience.
