With all the foreigners in the city, finding a genuine italian pizza (of a small family business rather than a big company such as Berberé) has become almost impossible. Thankfully this little pizzeria makes, in my view, one of the best. A little italian family business where the pizzaiola passionately does everything by hand. Quality, light, "glutinous" pizza dough!
