We found this gem while strolling around Brighton looking for somewhere to eat. The owner Andrea was very welcoming and hospitable. The food was really good, we had to get a second round . A must-visit spot in Brighton! Pizzolo Bar is an absolute gem. Warmly greeted by the passionate staff, who were quick to answer our questions and provide great recommendations. It was our first time trying a ‘Pizzolo’- wow, it did not disappoint! The thin crispy base, layered with delicious fillings topped with crispy top (like a pizza sandwich??) Our favourites were the ‘Parma Ham’ and the vegetarian option ‘Romana’ and of course the SWEET PIZZOLOS ‘Nutella’ and ‘Pistachio’ - again, must try! A light and affordable option for lunch, slices starting at only £4!
