Went for lunch today with colleagues. We started out with banana pepper dip which was delicous, French onion soups and Ceasars salads. For entrees, my team had the buffalo chicken sandwich, the reuben sandwich and chicken milanese. All entrees were delicous thank you! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Great location and cozy, but the food for the price is just ok and dinner on a Saturday is very loud. I had the crab cakes to start, which was ok but very salty. The risotto with grilled chicken was flavorless and I had to add salt and pepper to my meal, which I never do. My friend’s gnocchi that I tried was delicious though. I had the bread pudding for dessert, which was my favorite part of the meal. I’ve been here before on a weekday for lunch nah which was a lot quieter and the Reuben was good! We had a great meal at The Place last night however we felt slightly rushed and like we were being pushed out around 9:30. We were in the middle of eating our dinner and the staff reached over our plates to take the candles off our table when they didn’t close until 11. Also, the $2 kitchen appreciation fee is quite ridiculous and should be reconsidered. I have been coming to The Place for years but was not very impressed last night with the service.
