At the entrance, we showed the code of tickets for concert we had purchased, but they didn't want to let us in. They kept us waiting at the entrance for an hour. The security guard at the entrance pushed me twice, while i was trying to solve problem. The security guard refused to resolve the issue because they couldn't scan my code. The supervisor, with no respect, 'forbids' and 'allows' me to talk to him to resolve the issue.
