The recipe for success of this fast food is its nicely cooked Brezeln. Enjoy great smoothies. If you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is cool at Auntie Anne's. Terrific service is something that guests would like to improve here. This place got negative comments because of the disgusting atmosphere. But this spot scored 4.1 in the Google rating system.

2 people working their tails off. One girl fixing her lipstick and using her phone as mirror. When told to make my order she huffed!!! and told her coworker you can do it. He was working the register with about 3 more people behind me. I told him cancel my order if it was an inconvenience for her. He said " I can do it." I said no please just cancel. The girl then said what was that bowl again in a sarcastic tone. I looked at her and I said don't worry I canceled the order she said "great" I told her you can go back to your lipstick she said "sounds good" turned around and walked into the back room. I did get her name but I will not put it out publicly but I would like to know the manager of the Hazleton store.
