Unkempt facilities. Food is mid at best. Management verbally abuses workers. Heating was broken the entire winter. The owner is kind but not around enough to see all the failings.

Choked on a piece of foil backed paper in their Chocolate Triple Play purchased at Clement’s Market in Portsmouth. Notified customer service and while they admitted an employee must have violated their policy and procedures of opening almond butter in a food preparation area, there was no assurance of recalling the item. They offered to send a gift card as compensation but is was never received despite contacting them twice and Mr Glassman’s assurance that he would see to it personally. Good products when not contaminated but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
