Platan Restaurant in Samarkand is a wonderful place to dine. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the service is attentive, and the food is delicious with great authentic flavors. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!
I especially loved the live piano music — it made the whole experience even more enjoyable

I was looking forward to dining at Platan based on its reputation, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. While I understand restaurants get busy, waiting over 30 minutes just to receive the bill is unacceptable and put a damper on the entire experience. The food was decent, but not memorable enough to justify the high prices. Overall, I found it to be overpriced and overrated. Samarkand has plenty of excellent restaurants that offer better food, better service, and a much better overall experience. I wouldn't return or recommend it based on my visit.
